Mechanical Handling Training and Assessment (ITSSAR)

ITSSAR Courses

We provide high quality plant and agricultural machinery training accredited by the Independent Training Standards Scheme and Register (ITSSAR). Training and assessment takes place in a dedicated facility adjacent to a working farm and simulates a real working environment.

The ITSSAR qualifications are used for operators of reach and counterbalance forklifts in a variety of settings. They are recognised as a standard of competence by many large employers, including warehouse and distribution companies. ITSSAR is also used by the land based industries such as agriculture and horticulture as well as the utility companies. The ITSSAR courses cover all the requirements of health and Safety as well as machine operations.

Below is a list of ITSSAR courses we run, if you would like to apply or find out more, please contact us on 01604 673533 or mctraining@moulton.ac.uk
