Moulton College, a leading Higher Education provider is seeking to appoint a Head of Higher Education (HE) to lead the continued expansion and improvement of the provision.
This role will allow the successful candidate to create the strategic and operational plan and delivery of Higher Education at Moulton, with a focus on exceeding student/ employer needs. To aid the development of the HE area, there will be opportunities to participate in careers/ open events and HE specific promotional activities to attract new students and make Moulton a college of choice in the HE sector.
As Head of HE you will have a daily responsibility to support both staff and students in all areas of college life. The successful candidate will provide inspirational leadership across teams to provide an outstanding Higher Education experience through high quality teaching and coaching, whilst supporting the development of the HE staff team by promoting a positive work setting. Meanwhile, initiating curriculum development activities to provide students with a diverse learning environment with outstanding student engagement
You will have previous experience in the growth and development of HE provision, and a consistent record of producing high levels of performance. With an in depth knowledge of the current HE climate, including funding and data returns, you will be an accomplished leader who is able to bring teams on a journey with you. You will be a strong communicator and be able to formulate strong professional relationships quickly.
