Lecturer - Construction Management – Higher Education - Full Time
Salary: £24,271.00 - £30,263.00 per annum FT (part time possible)

With a new, dynamic management team in place, there are exciting times ahead that will allow us to continue our journey as a forward thinking and passionate college who strive to deliver the highest quality student & employee experience.

With exceptional facilities, students are able to utilise our extensive range of resources, which include surveying equipment, computer-aided design software and a variety of online resources to support practical and theory work, along with a provision of support on technical drawing and draughting skills.

The successful candidate will need to be educated to BSc (Hons) level or equivalent in a Construction Management or Civil Engineering related subject, be prepared to work towards an MSc or PhD in this or a related subject and will have achieved or working towards a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent, (e.g. HEA).  Further requirements of this post will be to hold a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths, and have a commitment to, and evidence of, CPD.

Duties will include teaching Higher Education students and other client groups to quality standards set by the College, along with the development of Construction Management courses.

If you possess the above and have experience of working in a flexible and positive manner, are able to adapt to changing work patterns, and can demonstrate an ability to lead on developing, planning, delivery and evaluation of high quality, motivational and inclusive learning experiences, then we would love to hear from you!
