Course: HND Interior Design
Fran had always wished to pursue a career in the creative industries but never quite found the opportunity until she discovered the HND Interior Design Course at Northampton and Moulton. The course offered gave her an excellent introduction to professional design practice, with good accessible opportunities to learn how to use relevant software and equipment. Having completed the course Fran considers her best experience to have been “…..support by staff, staff knowledge and enthusiasm as well as the live projects and special design projects set by “Imagination”, a London based International Design Company.”
Looking at what she has achieved Fran said “The teaching and support shown by the staff have helped me to develop above and beyond my expectations; because of their level of commitment, I pushed myself to the limit with very pleasing outcomes.”
Fran exhibited her final year work at New Designers 2009 and is “currently considering an offer made by University of Teeside for a Postgraduate Bursary for a 1 year MA Course in Interior Design.”
