Research Interests and Current Research
Julia’s research interests are based in the field of Horticulture, in addition to past research which focussed on pollination and evolution biology relating to the Apocynaceae sensu lato. Julia graduated with a BSc(hons) in Biology at the University of Northampton, and is currently undertaking research towards a PhD that is provisionally entitled ‘The development of novel green manures to improve nursery production of trees’. The research focuses on the control of Specific Replant Disease that is found to affect species of the Rosaceae.
