Areas of Teaching Expertise

Turker teaches the following subjects at both FE, and HE level; Construction Economics and Finance, Project Performance, Building Technology, Design Procedures, Quality Control, ICT and CAD, and Sustainability and Innovation. He also supervises student research projects.

Research Interests and Current Research

In a very broad sense Turker is a “Construction Financial Management” researcher. His main research interest is focused upon the "Construction Automation and CAD" areas. In his recent PhD research, he has developed an IT application using a combination of CAD, photogrammetry, and construction knowledge in order to measure progress on the construction site automatically.
