Services to Business

It is a frightening statistic that every day, 1.3 million people go to work without the skills they need to do their jobs well.

We recognise that in today's fast moving and continuously changing business environment having a skilled and motivated workforce can give your organisation the edge in terms of winning business, improving staff retention, increasing productivity and gaining market share. At Moulton College we are committed to providing cost effective, tailored and relevant training to ensure your workforce have the relevant skills for the future needs of your business.

We offer a range of integrated, flexible training and learning solutions for businesses through our dedicated Commercial Training and Management Centre. Our 'Services to Business' managers will meet with you to discuss all your business needs and carry out an organisational needs analysis with you. They will advise on the wide range of courses and workshops on offer, the funding and projects that are available to you and devise a bespoke training and learning solutions package to meet your needs if required. You will have a dedicated point of contact before and during training delivery, and afterwards to ensure we deliver sustainable improvement to your business.

Whether you are looking for a bespoke workshop, a programme of training seminars or a formal qualification, 'Services to Business' can offer you a flexible solution; either in the workplace or at our excellent facilities in Moulton, Northamptonshire. The peaceful rural setting, at the heart of the College's 1,170-acre estate, is an ideal training environment, free from everyday distractions.

Train to Gain

If you want to improve your business's productivity and extend your competitive advantage you need to make sure all your employees have the necessary skills.

Train to Gain is the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) new service to help businesses get the training they need to develop staff to be fully effective.

Services to Business can help you to access FREE training to up skill your entire workforce. In some cases, a contribution to wages costs may also be available for companies with less than 50 employees. Training is carried out in the workplace with minimum disruption to your day to day business.

Your Services to Business Manager will:

• Offer free, impartial advice on your training needs
• Match your training requirements against the programmes available
• Ensure that training is delivered at a time to meet your needs

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships combine practical experience with theoretical knowledge, helping your staff learn all the skills of the job and gain a nationally recognised qualification.
