Fiona Osei

On leaving school in 1987, Fiona started work as an apprentice shopfitter and completed Advanced Cityand Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery. She then worked as a Project Co-ordinator, Estimator and then as a Contracts Manager for various organisations.

After working for South Northamptonshire Council as a Building Supervisor for three years, Fiona tookon the role of Projects Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator in the newly formed Housing Association - South Northants Home. Fiona enrolled on the HNC Construction Management at Moulton College in 2008.

"It was identified as part of my continuing development that the HNC Moulton College offers in Construction Management would be a course that would build on and link with the knowledge that I already had gained"

Fiona intends to continue onto the FdSc and hope then to complete BSc (Honours) in Construction Management at Moulton College.

"My Directors are very happy with my development and the benefits that it brings to our business, I am now linking what I learn with my experience. For example, when designing I now consider sustainability, something I would not have done previously".
