Moulton College respects your privacy.

Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Moulton College.

Credit card details

We use the services of Realex to screen all orders prior to acceptance. Smart validation technology is used to help verify that the genuine cardholder is the person placing the order. This technology provides you with the comfort of knowing that if in the unlikely event that your card details were ever fraudulently obtained, Realex would immediately identify a different user profile or personal details based on your online order history and prevent the order form being accepted.

External Sites.

Moulton College is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

Cookies

Cookies are used during your shopping process only to maintain the items you add to your shopping cart.. Moulton College does not use cookies to collect personal information.

While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to Moulton College website and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. Ordering Information

Secure shopping

You don't have to worry about the safety of your credit card information when shopping at Moulton College. We use the services of Realex technology to ensure that any information you transmit during the ordering process is secure. We reserve the right to decline an order at our absolute discretion.

Using the shopping cart

When you click to "Add to Cart" on a product, you will be taken to the Shopping Cart to check the details of your intended purchase. You can return to the list of clothing items by clicking the 'Continue Shopping' button After you've selected all of the items you want, simply click on the "Checkout" button on your Shopping Cart and you will be taken through the simple checkout and payment process.

Payment options

We accept VISA, MasterCard credit cards as well as Switch, Solo and Delta debit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept any cheques for payment.

Pricing and availability

Our prices are intended to be competitive in respect to other websites selling a similar product range.

Changes or deletions

Should you need to make changes or deletions on an order, simply contact the Moulton College sales team at shopenquiries@moulton.ac.uk

Returns and Exchange Policy

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your items, but if you do have any problems with any purchases, Moulton College will be happy to offer an exchange.
Refunds will only be issued for products that are deemed by Moulton College to be damaged or faulty and not for items that are no longer required.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact shopenquiries@moulton.ac.uk within 7 days of receiving your good(s). We will be happy to advise you on any queries.
Once contact has been established, please allow a period of up to 14 working days for your query to be processed.

Exchanged items will only be accepted in their perfect saleable condition, which is unused and wrapped in the original packing. Please note that returns or exchanges for unwanted products cannot be made. Exchanged goods will only be processed by visiting the retail unit during normal opening hours. Please do not return your goods by post. Proof of purchase will be required.

Please note that Goods are returned at the purchaser’s own cost. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

Moulton College asks kindly that you allow 14 working days for exchanges to be processed. Unfortunately, at exceptionally busy periods, this may take longer, and your patience is requested with any delays that may occur.

Out of stock Items

Any items that are out of stock will be processed as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances this will be between 3-5 working days. However under exceptional circumstances this may take longer to process. Any out of stock items will only be available for collection only.

Collection Only Items

Items ordered from the Clothing and equipment store are currently only available for collection.

Items will only be available for collection from Monday 1st September 2014.

The collection point will be the Moulton College Retail Unit, John Ashby Sports Hall, Gate 3, Holcot site, Pitsford Road, Moulton, NN3 7QL. Normal opening hours are 10:00-4:00, Monday-Friday.

It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect their items from the College once an order has been placed. The College will not accept liability for any uncollected orders. Refunds will not be given for any orders that remain uncollected at the end of the academic term, in the term that the order has been placed. Pre - Notification and reminders to collect items will not normally be issued to the purchaser.
