Moulton College Health Week 2017

Next week will see Moulton College host a range of activities with the objective of promoting and encouraging students to lead a healthier lifestyle. The College nurses will be holding drop in events across the Centres, providing advice and guidance to students throughout the week.

Moulton Active was established to encourage students from across all of the curriculum areas to take part in sport and physical activity no matter what fitness level or ability. Health week will see Moulton Active offer a range of physical activities that students can get involved with, it’s the perfect opportunity to try out new activities!

Watch out for the Dodgeball tournament which will be taking place on Wednesday at Holcot throughout the afternoon.

As the week nears an end, on Thursday Moulton Active will be running its popular ‘Keep Active’ session starting with social basketball due to popular demand followed by other fun activities throughout the morning.
