Candidates for these awards will need to attend college for a two day induction to the awards.
We will assume that all candidates are new to NVQs and that they are experienced supervisors currently supervising operatives on a waste facility. As candidates collect evidence of their competence they will be asked to attend review / mentoring sessions to maintain progress. |
| Supervisors |
| This is a level 3 award and is suitable for most experience supervisors and controllers on a variety of types of waste facility. |
| There are 7 mandatory units plus 2 options (from a choice of 7). The options allow you to fit the award closely to your supervisory role at work. |
| Managers |
| This is a level 4 award and is suitable for Contract / Client managers on waste handling facilities. |
| There are 10 mandatory units and 3 optional units (from a choice of 9). |
