Apprenticeships - Customer Service

Available as an Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship. You can start at any time throughout the year.

You will Gain

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Customer Service
  • Technical Certificate at level 2 or 3 in Customer Services
  • Key Skills in Communication and Application of Number at level 1

The apprenticeship will focus on the skills required to be a competent customer service assistant. The average duration of the apprenticeship is 12 months.

The advanced apprenticeship will focus on higher level customer service skills. The average duration of the Advanced Apprenticeship is 12 months.

Special Features

The Customer Service apprenticeship and advanced apprenticeship are delivered entirely in the workplace. There is a maximum of three exams to take which are taken in college at a time to suit the apprentice and their employer.

Apprenticeship Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. You will need to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm at interview and have acceptable references.
