Salary; £17,240.00 - 18,284.00 per annum
We are currently looking for an experienced gardener or horticulturist to join our excellent Grounds Team. The team is tasked with the upkeep of the College estate to the highest standards and working with students to develop their knowledge. The learning environment is key in ensuring our students and staff have a work environment that is fit for purpose and is an exemplar of good practice. You will contribute to the design and completion of new features and support the effective maintenance of plants and landscape features.
You will have a sound knowledge of different plant types and be proficient in referencing their Latin names. You will have experience of maintaining established plant schemes and be able to contribute to the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of new plant features. This is a physical role and you will be in good health with a genuine commitment to the highest standards.
