Lecturer – Countryside Management
Salary Band £24,271.00 - £30,263.00  per annum

Moulton College was initially established in 1921 as the Northamptonshire Institute of Agriculture, since then we have evolved into is a specialist land-based college covering 500 hectares providing further and higher education to students.

The college is looking for a Countryside Management Lecturer with a good knowledge of land management, conservation and ecology, and experience of practical habitat management. Knowledge of woodland management, agricultural habitat management and gamekeeping would be useful but not essential. The right candidate will have Arboriculture knowledge including identification and pest and disease, specialist forestry practices would be desirable.

The successful candidates will join our existing staff team and contribute to the growing success of the College and provide the best learner experience for our students

Duties will include teaching and training students and other client groups to quality standards set by the College, tutoring and management of one more courses or groups of students, along with the ability to lead on the development, planning, delivery and evaluation of high quality, motivational and inclusive learning experiences.
