This qualification is ideal for anyone working as a supervisor, team leader or line manager in the catering and hospitality industry wanted to enhance their knowledge of food safety in catering.

The syllabus covers microbiology, hazards and controls, food poisoning, personal hygiene, premises and equipment, cleaning and disinfection, pest management, food safety management, supervisory management, legislation and enforcement.

The tuition fee for this course is £372.00

You will require a relevant Level 2 food safety qualification or experience in the industry to be able to take this course.

This two day course will run on a Wednesday and Thursday starting at 9.00am and finishing at 5.00pm.
