This qualification aimed at supervisors, team leaders and line managers who are working in the manufacturing industry. This includes those working in distribution and storage.

The syllabus covers microbiology, hazards and controls, food poisoning, personal hygiene, premises and equipment, cleaning and disinfection, pest management, food safety management, supervisory management, legislation and enforcement.

The tuition fee for this course is £372.00

To apply for this course you will need a relevant Level 2 food safety qualification or experience in the industry.

This two day course will take place on a Thursday and Friday, starting at 9:00am and finishing at 5:00pm.
