This qualification is suitable for supervisors, team leaders and line managers working in the retail and other related industries looking to enhance their knowledge of food safety in a retail environment.

The syllabus covers microbiology, hazards and controls, food poisoning, personal hygiene, premises and equipment, cleaning and disinfection, pest management, food safety management, supervisory management, legislation and enforcement.

The tuition fee for this course is £372.00

A relevant Level 2 food safety qualification or experience in the industry

This is a two day course starting at 9:00am and finishing at 5:00pm.
