Level 5 / Year Two

The second year embodies practicals utilising biomechanics technology for research as well as conducting rehabilitation plans. The use of our first class rehabilitation facilities, enables you to gain experience utilising a variety of rehabilitation methods for future employment.

The 3rd year of the degree enables students to tie together what they have learnt in performance assessment & rehabilitation of horses, by applying their knowledge through gaining hands-on experience of different therapies in the applied therapies module. At the centre of success in the Equine industry is the horse human interaction; this module combined with the global horse enables students to delve deeper into what makes different aspects of the industry successful while exploring current developments in the sector.
The research project module, allows students autonomy to select an area of study in which they wish to further develop their knowledge, while simultaneously honing their research skills for future job roles or study.
