Health and Wellbeing Support

The current situation has been life changing for all of us. We understand that this may cause you to feel anxious, stressed, worried, sad, bored, lonely or frustrated. Please remember that it is ok to feel this way and that we are here to support you in any way we can. Please don’t hesitate to contact your course tutor, Head of School or Student Support team.

If you are worried or feeling anxious please talk to your colleagues and your line manager. We are all here to support each other during this time.

Alison Creasey has placed a link to some additional wellbeing resources on the Staff Hub and we would also highlight a free helpline operated by Relate Northamptonshire designed for people over 18 who are suffering with coronavirus related stress, anxiety, depression or feelings of isolation. Additionally the Government has provided help and advice here if you are worried about the following:

  • Going in to work
  • Paying bills or being unemployed
  • Getting food
  • Having somewhere to live
