Enrolment Information

When you enrol with us, you will become a fully-registered student of the College. This takes place just before you start your course so you are set and ready to start life at Moulton! 

You’ll have received your enrolment time via letter, if you’ve lost this or can’t make it call Student Services on 01604 491131

Please come to Gate 1, visitor parking is available.

Once you have arrived, make your way to reception.

How long will it take?

Plan for a three hour visit, we’ll be as quick as we can! You can find out more about what the enrolment process entails in the ‘What You’ll Do’ section below.

Parents, we’ve planned for you too!

There is a coffee shop open and waiting for you, with news channel TV, seating and snacks available. 

Additionally you have access to the transport, finance and learning support services should you have any questions or would like to pay.  This is your chance to deal with the housekeeping!

  • We will check your qualifications. Please remember to bring your qualification certificates.
  • We will also check your ID. Please remember to bring your photo ID (this can be your passport or photograph section of your driving licence).
  • We will then put you on your course via our enrolment system.
  • You will have to undertake an initial assessment. This is nothing to worry about and just lets us know that you are on the right level of course.
  • We will go over our transport options with you, to find the best way for you to get here.
  • Information about out finance schemes will also be discussed to give you all the support you might need.
  • If you require learning support we can take you through courses and facilities available.
  • Some of our courses, such as construction, require specialist equipment. All of our equipment is supplied by Baca which we will also go over during your enrolment.

It is important to our team that we ensure we provide an inclusive learning environment for all students. We at Moulton College place great emphasis on providing effective support for everybody that needs it.

We’re here to help with College costs. Going to college doesn’t have to be a financial burden. There is assistance available for travel costs, advanced learner loans, campus contributions and bursary awards available.

Our subsidised bus service can get you to and from Moulton. We provide a network of mini-buses and coaches offering transport to the college from most parts of Northamptonshire, and beyond.
