Agriculture

Agriculture students make use of an extensive range of practical resources as an important part of their course.  These include Over 660 hectares of commercially farmed estate on a range of soil types. The arable enterprise includes a variety of crops including wheat, oats, oilseed rape, forage maize, lucerne and grass. There are dairy, sheep and beef livestock enterprises. The College has an extensive range of agricultural machinery and specialist workshops for machinery maintenance, arc, MIG, TIG and oxyacetylene welding.
