Moulton College welcomes Karen Tolley as the Associate Programme Co-ordinator for Land based and Equine.
Karen will be responsible for the smooth running of the Programme Area on a day to day basis alongside teaching a range of subjects.
With an impressive 20 years of experience in HE/FE environments, Karen has taught students from Level 1, through to undergraduate level.
Karen said: 'I’m delighted to begin working at Moulton. I believe that quality education is both a serious investment in our future, and within a land based and equine context, offers an essential route for the delivery of high quality employees for a range of rural industries. I’m keen to develop in my new role, and support staff to continuously improve and build on the quality of teaching here at Moulton.'
Alongside her experience in education, Karen has also previously trained young riders and horses to both National and International level. Karen is currently training her own young Dutch Sports Horse for show jumping competition.
