Coronavirus Update

In line with the latest Government guidance we are currently planning on reopening the College to a small number of students, potentially from Monday 1 June, subject to the Government being satisfied that the five public health tests have been met.

This planning is focusing on supporting our Level 3 students who are due to take key exams next year. Additonally we shall support our level 3 students who are due to complete qualifications this year, but still require some practical assessment. This will allow the latter group to become fully work ready. We will ensure that students are  able to safely attend College for a limited number of days, supporting their online learning.

Within the next week we will be contacting students individually to advise if they should come back into College and which days this will be.

In the meantime please continue to complete the online learning being set by your tutors.

Following the statement issued by the Prime Minister this evening please note that both the Moulton and Higham Ferrers campuses are both now closed to all but essential staff. Essential staff includes only those already identified as needing to look after the animals and livestock in our care and keep the estate secure. We also need to provide care for our high-needs students as required.

All other staff should now work remotely from home, liaising with their line manager as required.

The health and safety of our staff, students and local community remains our priority. Please follow the instructions issued by the government and keep yourself, your families and others safe.
