Rare Wildlife given a Helping Hand

Moulton College Foundation Degree in Countryside and Wildlife Management students have been busy giving nature a helping hand at the start of the year.

As well as building an otter holt on the River Welland in collaboration with the Environment Agency (as featured on BBC Radio last weekend), students have been repairing and setting out nest boxes in secret woodland locations for one of Northamptonshire’s rarest mammals – the dormouse.

These are just a few of the fascinating projects undertaken by staff and students at the College – so if you’ve always fancied a career in the great outdoors then why not get in touch? Full and part time options are available. See our web-site for more details
