This summer, the staff at the Animal Therapy Centre of Moulton College were joined by a secondary school student conducting a research project on how dogs swim
Over the summer, Moulton College was lucky to host four secondary school students who had been awarded Nuffield Research Placement scholarships to work alongside researchers. One of these students was Beth Oketch from Sir Christopher Hatton School who worked alongside Dr Wanda McCormick to investigate rabbit diets. During her time at the College, Beth worked alongside the technicians on the Animal Welfare Centre and investigated how a new style of diet affected the way that rabbits eat their food.
On the weekend of 1st October, The Red Dragon Festival of Endurance was held in Builth Wells, Wales. The Red Dragon is one of the most popular rides in the UK and without a doubt one of the toughest.
