Weekend Warden (18 hours per week, job share considered)

Moulton College is looking for Warden’s to support and supervise students in order to enhance the safety of our student community. You will be committed to the active promotion of equality, diversity and inclusion and be able to demonstrate where you have ‘made a difference’ to young people.

You will ensure the positive engagement of our residential student community of circa 330 students in a range of activities while adhering to our Safeguarding duties as a waking presence. You will have experience in making a difference to young people and vulnerable adults by being a trusted and respected individual.

Due to the lone nature of this role you will need to be a self-starter who is committed to working to the high standards required by the College regarding the welfare of young people and those with learning difficulties.
