This role is full time hours, 40 working weeks per year.

You would be working with an experienced team of Tutors planning and delivering personal development tutorials in a supportive, inclusive rural College environment where student and staff wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do.
This role will be initially working with our Construction students, although our team of Tutors can work across the College in all curriculum areas. You will offer a classroom environment which engages these learners and contributes to their successful outcomes.

The post-holder will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering group tutorials/sessions in a range of personal development topics and working 1 to 1 with learners as the pastoral need arises.
You will provide support to teachers and course managers with pastoral, welfare and behavioural issues.
This role is vital to successful learning outcomes for students.
You will be educated to Level 3 or equivalent with a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to motivate students and support them in their path to successful outcomes.
You will be able to plan, deliver and evaluate high quality, motivational and inclusive learning experiences.
