Dance and Spinning Classes
There’s a Fitness Studio on site, too, which is the home of DanceScene – a dance school offering lessons in a variety of disciplines.
It’s also the venue for our spinning classes every Monday evening. You can go along whatever your cycling ability is and progress at your own pace. Qualified spin instructor, Gary McDaniels, runs the sessions and simulates an outdoor ride on stationary bikes, taking you over flat roads and steep hills as part of your work out.
