Alicia Bruce, Chief Operating Officer

Alicia is the College's Chief Operating Officer and brings over 20 years’ professional finance and management experience to her role.

She has previously held executive and non-executive director, finance and audit roles in both the public and private sectors including Northampton Partnership Homes Ltd, Olympus Care Services Ltd and Northampton County Council (among others).

Alicia joined the College in 2017. Her role covers a broad remit and currently oversees the following areas of the College: Student Services, Careers, Property & Estates, Health & Safety, MIS, IT, Finance, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Internal Audit and Insurance.
