Careers Hub

All students at Moulton College have access to high quality and impartial careers advice both during the application process and during their time studying with us.

The Careers Hub is on the first floor of the Learning Hub on main site. The careers team provides impartial advice and guidance in careers information including post 18 options, support with finding employment, apprenticeships and progressing into higher education.

The college is working towards achieving all eight of the Gatsby Benchmarks for further education and has regular contact with The Careers and Enterprise Company through an Enterprise Adviser.

The quality of our careers and employability offer is recorded and regularly reviewed in a number of ways including

  • Student feedback
  • Staff feedback
  • Employer feedback
  • Ofsted inspection
  • Destination data

Students considering applying to Moulton College can access impartial advice and guidance at our open events and taster days from both our Student Services Team and our tutors who have extensive industry knowledge and vocational experience.

Each year we produce a prospectus which provides information on career routes and our Young Person's Liaison Officer works with local schools to promote college life and opportunities at special assemblies and careers fairs.

Students can also find out lots of information about possible careers linked to our courses on our new website, the demand for these careers within the local community and informative videos featuring people working in these career areas.
