Employers

At Moulton College we understand the critical importance of working in partnership with local and national employers.

By working closely with employers we can ensure that the courses and skills being taught to young people and adults fill the skills gaps within our local community and the wider sectors.

Each year Moulton College trains over 2,000 young people aged 16-18 and more than 2,000 adults from Entry Level through to degree level, enhancing their employability and career prospects.

There are many ways that you as an employer can work with us to inspire and train your future workforce.
