Enrolment

Enrolment is the final stage to you becoming a fully registered student at Moulton College.

You will receive/have received a joining letter which contains all the important information you will need for the enrolment process. Enrolment is split in to two stages.

Stage One: Pre-enrolment telephone call

A member of our Student Services team will call you by phone to check through your personal data, making sure that our records are complete and up-to-date.

These calls are taking place during July and August.

You will have received the date and time of your pre-enrolment call from our Student Services team in the post. Please make sure that you take this call as it is an important part of the joining process. The call should take approximately ten minutes.

If you have not been contacted by the end of July 2024 please call us on 01604 491 131.

GCSE Results Day


On GCSE results day, if you don't get quite what you expect, have any queries, or concerns we are here to help you. Call us on 01604 491 131 or pop along to our Moulton Campus between 9am and 5pm to speak directly to our tutors. There are always options and we are here to support you.

Stage Two: Enrolment

Between Friday 23 August and Friday 30 August you will need to come in to College to complete your enrolment.

Different courses will be enrolled on different dates and times. You must attend college on your specified date as stated in the letter in your joining pack. If you are unable to make this date, please do not worry, just give our Student Services team a call on 01604 491 131 and they will re-arrange your enrolment day.

Lost your joining pack?

If you are not sure when you are meant to come in to College for your enrolment please call our Student Services Team on 01604 491 131 and they will be able to advise.

What to expect!

  • The whole enrolment process will take around 1 / 1.5 hours
  • Meet your course team and ask any course-related questions
  • We will review your GCSE results to check you are enrolling onto the right course level for you
  • You will speak to our Student Services team to confirm your details and enrol you onto your course
  • You will have the opportunity to speak to our transport and finance team for any further queries you might have
  • You will go away with a draft timetable, including the start date of your course
  • Tea/Coffee is available in our Canteen for any parents/guardians waiting whilst their child enrols on their course

What to bring!

  • Please bring your GCSE grades
  • Please bring your ID (e.g. Passport)
