Amy joined the college three years ago, bringing with her a wealth of experience. She originally trained in hospitality and catering before moving into customer relations. Over the course of her career, she has developed strong skills in managing difficult conversations and approaching challenging situations with empathy and confidence.
She enjoys many aspects of her role but mostly:
making a difference in young people’s lives, I especially enjoy motivating students about their future aspirations during our well being sessions.
A memorable moment throughout Amy's time at Moulton was supporting a student and helping the family gain extra financial support. The student later expressed their gratitude for the impact Amy's support had made to their life. This moment was incredibly rewarding for Amy and one she will remember forever.
Outside of work Amy is "a major film buff" and is kept busy with her two teenage boys. She has family abroad so her time off is spent in the South of France spending time with them and sampling the local produce!
