Caroline joined Moulton College in November 2023 and is our Learning Support Coordinator. She leads our fantastic team of Learning Support Assistants and Job Coaches, and also supports students who need Exam Access Arrangements (EAA). She has been working in further education since 2014, mainly in roles focused on learning support and student development. Over the years, she has built a strong understanding of how to create inclusive, supportive environments that help learners succeed.
For me, it's all about the people. I love building positive relationships with both staff and students, and it's so rewarding to see the difference the right support can make. Being part of a team that's passionate about helping students thrive is something I really value.
Caroline enjoys countryside walks with her dog and spends time volunteering at her local food bank on weekends - It's great way to give back and stay connected with the community.
One highlight has been helping to organise the Supported Internship Open Evening. It was a brilliant opportunity to showcase the programme and support my colleagues as they spoke with parents, carers, employers and external organisations. The event was a real success and something I'm really proud of.
