David Aldridge has worked at Moulton College since September 2010, and is the
Executive Director for Human Resources. As part of his role, David is responsible for all strategic and operational people matters. This includes recruitment, remuneration and benefits, employee relations, training and development.
David has an extensive background in Human Resources, and has worked in this area since graduating in 1999. His experience in HR branches into financial services, the public sector, travel and tourism, field sales and marketing and now education. David is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified and has been working in lead HR roles for over 14 years.
David explains why he loves working at Moulton:
