From Industry to Education: Bringing 15 Years of Plumbing Experience into the Classroom
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing and heating industry, Steven joined Moulton College in March 2025 as a Plumbing and Heating Lecturer. His professional background includes a wide variety of domestic and commercial installations, from full central heating systems to complete bathroom renovations.
Now in education, he brings real-world knowledge and practical expertise into the workshop, helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the trade.
"I really enjoy working with the students and supporting them as they work towards achieving their plumbing qualifications. Seeing their progress is incredibly rewarding."
Outside the classroom when he’s not teaching, he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and watching cricket.
