Jemma joined the college in 2023 as a Technician and is currently enjoying her new role as a Success Coach.
She enjoys working at Moulton as no two days are the same and her varied role keeps her on her toes.
The most rewarding part of the job is seeing students succeed when they have previously doubted their abilities.
Outside of work Jemma enjoys going to the gym, horror movies and theatre trips!
