Latoya joined Moulton at the start of the year and has worked with children and young people for over 15 years. Her previous roles have gained her experience in mainstream primary, SEND primary settings and alternative provisions.

Being able to genuinely help and support students, speaking with them and Next Of Kins one on one. Building my confidence with my daily tasks and furthering my knowledge around further education and Safeguarding. Safeguarding has always been a part of what I’ve done but being that first point feels important to me.
Outside of work Latoya enjoys working on herself by going to the gym and playing netball. She enjoys quality self care time, reading, meditating, praying and watching movies.
