Nikki joined Moulton College in June 2023 as our Director of SEND and Student Experience. She has worked in education for over 20 years, across all sectors and age groups. Her experience spans from nurseries to schools, through to the Further Education sector and universities, where she also authored several courses.
I love that there is never two days the same, I have such a varied role, one day I can be working with students in residence and the next overseeing SEND in Foundation Learning.
She loves to read, supports Brentford FC, and enjoys spending time with her family. Her first visit to Moulton College was a memorable experience — she was impressed by the welcoming environment, the positive buzz around campus, and the many smiling faces.
