We are lucky to have two great campuses, one at Moulton and the other at Higham Ferrers.
Our campus at Higham Ferrers specialises in construction courses and apprenticeships in brickwork, carpentry and joinery and plumbing. If you live closer to Higham Ferrers than Moulton and wish to study one of these subjects it is worth visiting our Higham Ferrers open events.
Our Moulton campus offers the full range of subjects available to study at the College including Construction.
The Open Event will be running from 9am and finishes at 1pm (October, November and January events) and 12noon (March and June events). You are welcome to attend at any point during this time but we would recommend that you allow at least one hour before the end of the event.
If you have booked on to one of the tours we strongly advise arriving at least 15 minutes before the start time as it may take a while to get parked and booked in.
Make sure that you go to the correct gate when you arrive at the College - Gate 3, Holcot Campus (postcode for your satnav is NN3 7SX). Staff will be on hand to direct you to where to park and register.
It is not compulsory to pre-register for our open events but it does save you time on the day and gives you access to pre-book some of our subject tours.
If you don't pre-register before the event you can still turn up on the day and complete the registration form when you arrive.
Yes, there is ample free parking available at the campus. Our staff will direct you to spaces when you arrive.
Yes, absolutely! These events are for anyone looking to study at Moulton from Entry Level through to Level 6 (undergraduate degree). Tutors will be on hand to speak to you about our higher education offer in animal behaviour and zoology, construction, leadership and management and sport.
Our campus is very spread out so we use buses to move visitors around on tours. In order to ensure that as many students as possible get to see the facilities we limit the accompanying adults to just one person. This also ensures that everyone can be safely escorted around the campus.
Due to the size of our campus it is necessary to use minibuses and coaches for some of the subject tours. As space is limited for these we offer the ability to pre-book.
If the subject you are interested in is not listed for pre-booking it will either be a self-directed tour (e.g. construction, furniture or stone) or bookable on a first-come basis (e.g. animal welfare).
Don’t worry. Just use the link in your confirmation email to cancel your place so that someone else can attend in your place.
Please allow one hour for our subject tours except Agriculture which lasts approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.
