Caroline Caplan - HE Learning Support Tutor/Co-ordinator

Caroline’s background is in the learning support environment where she’s spent the last 15 years changing the lives of students. She has a postgraduate diploma in Adult Dyslexia Diagnosis and Support which has helped her to provide tailored support to those with specific needs.

Since joining Moulton College in 2009, Caroline has created and established a specialist support service for higher education students. This Service provides disability advice and support, and study skills support to HE students who require additional help.

“My favourite thing about my role is seeing students develop academically, and gain confidence in their studies. I’ve watched previous Moulton students progress from their foundation degrees to studying PHDs, and others go into rewarding careers. Some have even entered the teaching profession!”

Caroline has one piece of advice for all students who might be seeking additional support:

“Everyone needs help with their studies from time to time, don’t be afraid to ask for help."

Please contact student.services@moulton.ac.uk if you'd like to discuss further.
