Kim joined Moulton in 2024 bringing almost two decades of experience in secondary education. Before joining Moulton, she worked for 18 years as a teacher and faculty lead, developing a strong background in pastoral support and student welfare.
The thing I enjoy most about my role is supporting students when they need it most and helping to provide a safe culture for them.
One of Kim's proudest moments of her time at Moulton so far has been securing vital external support for students who needed it most. Her commitment to student welfare was also recognised when she received the Support Member of the Year award in 2024.
