Nat has recently joined the college after years of management experience and running a professional salon. She also has experience in apprenticeships and employer engagement, arranging workshops and reviews with students, employers and educators.

Inspiring learners. Helping learners realise the potential they have in themselves. Learning what transferable skills they have from all aspects of their life and helping with the UCAS process.
Nat recently completed a CV workshop for Construction students and enjoyed helping them discover the transferable skills they have developed, helping them create a strong CV and general job search. The students were engaged, asking lots of questions and have since been seeking Nat's advise and guidance.
Outside of work Nat enjoys staying active through swimming and football.
