Suzie has a strong foundation in the hospitality industry, working in a variety of restaurants and hotels, including the Ritz Hotel in London. She also spent several years living and working in Bermuda, gaining valuable experience. Alongside her industry background she has many years of teaching experience in further education and with a private training provider.

I take pride in supporting the growth and achievement of apprentices—witnessing their personal development, skill progression, and career advancement is rewarding. I also value the strong relationships we build with local employers and enjoy being part of the evolving local food scene, seeing how it continues to innovate and grow.
There have been many memorable moments but in the past two years, two of Suzie's apprentice chefs placed second and third in the Young Chef of the Year at the Northamptonshire Weetabix Awards. As well as this, another highlight of Suzie's was when our bakery students and apprentices worked with the Professional MasterChef winner to create and serve a three-course menu for 100 guests at The Four Pears in Little Houghton. Suzie loves seeing the achievement of our students.
In her free time Suzie loves being outdoors, is interested in health and fitness and has a real passion for experimenting with cooking and baking.
