This qualification covers topics to do with health & safety, planning and supervision, cold and hot water systems design and central heating systems, as well as sanitation, rainwater and environmental systems.

This will be taught across two evenings per week and three hours per evening. There will also be a requirement for some self-directed study between lessons.
The course will start on Monday 15 September 2025.
You will be assessed through a mixture of written, multiple-choice and practical assessments.
The qualification will support progression onto a Plumbing & Heating apprenticeship and eventually into a role as a plumbing and domestic heating engineer.
To be considered for this course you must have either a Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing Studies 6035-02 or a Level 2 Technical Diploma in Plumbing Studies 8202-25
