This course will support students who wish to progress on to a level 2 mainstream course. It includes vocational options (see page ?). It is particularly useful for learners transitioning from Foundation Learning and for those learners who are joining Moulton college who may experience anxiety, school refusers or certain health issues.
Students will be expected to study maths and English with mainstream students to help support the transition.
You will study a range of units including:
You will be able to progress onto a Level 2 course in a mainstream environment in your chosen vocation. We can also provide advice about alternative external provisions if progression at Moulton is not an option.
No formal qualifications are required, but you will need to attend an interview to identify your interests and support needs.
If you complete all course work you will achieve a level 1 BTEC Introductory Certificate in Vocational Studies.
