LRC Assistant

The College Learning Resource Centre’s (LRC’s) deliver Library, Learning Support and Careers services as well as extensive IT provision. The LRC’s are a central part of College life and are always busy and vibrant. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team. Typical duties include: answering customer enquiries at reception, library and IT helpdesks, helping learners to find and use print and online resources, book processing, re-shelving books, stock promotion.

Centre Administrator – Teaching Services

This role will be worked on a full time, full year basis. You will work as a key member of our Teaching Services function to provide administrative, general and practical support in a range of Transport matters. This may also include assisting in Student Services.

Night Warden x2 (40 hours per week, 36 working weeks per year)

Programme Leader – English & Maths

As an experienced leader and manager with an understanding of the delivery of English and Maths in the FE sector you will be responsible for working with curriculum teams to deliver English and Maths both through Functional Skills and GCSE resits to full time students and apprentices at the College. This will include the timetabling structure, resource management, initial assessment and delivery of outstanding outcomes. You will lead and manage a team of practitioners and support the ongoing development of English and Maths within the curriculum, a key strategic priority for the College.

Exams Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team to oversee the provision of our Exams service. Working closely with a number of external bodies including Awarding Organisations and Ofqual you will be responsible for maintaining core records relating to student achievements. In addition you will plan and coordinate all formal examinations for the full range of the College’s curriculum offer. Working with our Assistant Director of Student Services you will also monitor the allocation of the examinations budget.
