Night Warden (40 hours per week, 36 working weeks per year)

Moulton College is looking for a Night Warden to join our wardening team to support and supervise students during the evenings and overnight to enhance the safety of our student community. You will be committed to the active promotion of equality, diversity and inclusion and be able to demonstrate where you have ‘made a difference’ to young people.

Quality Improvement & Standards Manager

You will take the lead, and be responsible for, a range of quality improvement projects and oversee the administration of a range of internal and external surveys. Working with colleagues you will support the preparation for standards verification and external quality assurance visits; monitor and benchmark against published best practice and track progress against agreed action plans.

Schools Liaison Officer (0.6FTE)

Moulton College is currently looking to recruit a dynamic and driven individual into our team to perform a key role linking between the College and local schools. Working over a catchment area that covers the whole county and beyond, you will work with in excess of 350 schools to ensure our brand and curriculum offer is positively presented. You will work with members of the schools management teams and careers service to work with school student bodies and provide a range of information. This will include the arrangement and hosting of events such as presenting at school assemblies; attending careers events and facilitating college based activities.

A genuine enthusiasm for your subject is vital as you will play a key role in developing the careers of our students.
