Industry Skills Boards

Are you a local business looking for well-rounded and skilled future employees?

Come and have your say on our curriculum and help shape your workforce of tomorrow.

We would love you to join our Industry Skills Boards (ISBs), which have been launched to ensure our students leave equipped to join your workforce with the appropriate skillset.

By participating in one of our four ISBs, you can have a direct say on what skills your businesses and industry requires, while helping us to shape our curriculum in the process.

What is involved?

We have four ISBs covering:

  • Construction
  • Agriculture
  • Animal management
  • Sport

Each ISB will be held three times a year and will be chaired by a local employer, with business representatives joined by Moulton’s curriculum staff, as well as trade associations, qualification bodies and other stakeholders.

Why are ISBs important?

By giving the region’s employers a say, we hope to develop students equipped and ready to make a positive impact on the local economy and community.
