We are looking for a Finance Assistant – Accounts Payable to join our committed and experienced Finance Team.
Perhaps you have experience working in a finance department and are looking for a small team in which to learn key Finance skills.

The role is full time, and we have a generous holiday entitlement including 5 additional discretionary days at Christmas providing for the full Christmas to New Year closure.
Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 20 October 2025.
You will:
- To ensure that all supplier invoices and other relevant documentation is entered on to the finance system accurately, efficiently.
- To manage and maintain the Accounts Payable System
- Provide monthly KPI reports.
- Liaise with College staff and debtors on financial queries and enquiries.

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:
- Experience working in a finance department
- AAT Qualified or equivalent (desirable)
- Experience of efficient and accurate data input
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language
- Good communication skills
