Personal Development Tutor

This role is 37.5 hours per week across 40 working weeks per year and is a 27 August, 2024 start.

Moulton College has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for supporting young people and adults with their personal development whilst studying at the College.

You would be working with an experienced team of Tutors planning and delivering personal development tutorials in a supportive, inclusive rural College environment where student and staff wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do.

The post-holder will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering group tutorials/sessions in a range of personal development topics and working 1 to 1 with learners as the pastoral need arises.

You will provide support to teachers and course managers with pastoral, welfare and behavioural issues.

This role is vital to successful learning outcomes for students.

You will be educated to Level 3 or equivalent with a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to motivate students and support them in their path to successful outcomes.

You will be able to plan, deliver and evaluate high quality, motivational and inclusive learning experiences.
